The Liftmaster Mh 5011u Commercial Garage Door Opener Medium-duty Hoist Operator w/ Safety Beams is perfect for use on small rolling doors, grilles and industrial sectional doors with high or vertical lift. Some of the features included are a medium-duty logic technology with a three-button control system and 315MHz radio receiver, powerful 1/2 HP 115V single-phase motor with instant reverse and automatic reset thermal overload and integrated timer-to-close (TTC) function for timed automatic door closure.
Model MH is a Medium-Duty Logic hoist operator. It features an adjustable friction clutch, a standard solenoid brake, a high-starting torque motor, a compact design and an emergency chain hoist with an electric interlock.
- Electrical interlock for emergency manual door operation with Floor level chain hoist.
- 3-channel radio receiver on board.
- Linear-driven limit mechanism is fully adjustable
- 3-button control station
