We understand that when you click and purchase an item you already want and need the item so we strive to get your order from our shelves to your door. Deliveries are made to the provided addresses within the most cost effective and shortest time possible. We work together with our shipping carriers therefore guaranteeing the highest possible security for our customers; with minimal chances of delays for any reason. To meet all user shipping requirements and minimize costs, we use two carriers: USPS for small items and UPS for larger and heavier ordered items.

Upon the shipment of your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number within 24 hours. 

International Shipping For international shipping and handling, the charges are calculated based on the weight and is communicated prior to checkout. We ship most international orders via US Postal Service-Priority International. Note that duty payable to the order, taxes and forwarding (if applicable) is the customer’s sole responsibility and is therefore not covered by the purchasing cost. Refer to our return policy for all shipped goods.

Please note we do not ship Garage Door Torsion Spings, Garage Door Openers and Gate Openers to PO Boxes, AK, HI or Internationally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
